This notice covers lingo-copilot.com only — the informational brand site for Lingo Copilot. The products themselves run on separate sites with their own policies, linked below.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Tech Ale OÜ, which is the data controller for any personal data processed through it. Contact: admin@techale.io.

What this site collects

lingo-copilot.com has no user accounts, forms, comments or payments. It does not set advertising cookies. When you load a page, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes your IP address and request headers as part of serving the page and protecting the service; these server logs are retained briefly for security and are not used to identify you.

If we enable analytics — Google Analytics 4, loaded directly or through Google Tag Manager — it is configured with IP anonymisation and no advertising features, and is used only to understand which pages are read. You can block it with any standard content blocker or by disabling JavaScript; the site works without it.

Links to the products

Buttons that start a free evaluation or practice test take you to speaking.lingo-copilot.com or ccl.lingo-copilot.com. Those links carry a referral tag (UTM parameters) so the product teams can see that you arrived from this site; the tag contains no personal data. From that point the product's own policy applies:

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or complain to a data protection authority or your local authority. Because this site holds no account data, most requests will concern a product account — in that case please contact support@lingo-copilot.com so the right team can act on it.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this notice changes. Material changes to how the products handle data are announced in the products, not here.
